Due to the nature of our products — including DIY items, creative tools, and small lifestyle goods — we do not provide a standard warranty.
Free Replacement for Damaged Items
If your item arrives with significant damage that is not caused by normal use or mishandling, we will provide a free replacement at no additional cost.
How to Request a Replacement
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:

- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos showing the damage
Once reviewed, we will process your request and arrange a replacement shipment as quickly as possible.
What Is Not Covered
This policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use or misuse of the product
- Damage caused by the customer
